openManifestContentSource(options: ManifestContentSourceOptions): Promise<ContentSnapshot>
Open and validate one immutable static manifest revision. The caller owns trust in the compiler output and host. Browser URLs must use the application's origin. Requests reject redirects and unexpected content types.
